2000-02-21: $Ce_{0.8}Gd_{0.2}O_{1.9}$ with a different potential for $Gd$

GOAL

Rerun the $Ce_{0.8}Gd_{0.2}O_{1.9}$ solid solution with potential parameters for $Gd$ taken from Bush et al. (1994): to see if this makes any difference.
