DEADLINE for abstract submission: 30th June 2004

There is also news concerning proceedings: A special issue of articles from the workshop's participants is planned in "Quantum Electronics - Acta Physica Hungarica". Details concerning deadline and article submission will be given at a later time.

There will be a prize of 1000,- Euros for the best abstract funded by CNRS France (Director J. Maruani) and organized by N. Rahman. Participants who would like to take part are required to come from an Eastern-European country and to be maximally 40 years old. Besides the abstract also a CV should be send to cewqo@dsch.units.it.

We welcome the submission of abstracts for contributed talks. The abstracts should contain title, list of authors, affiliation and summary (max. one page). It should be send as Word or LaTeX file to the following email address with subject "CEWQO Abstract": cewqo@dsch.units.it
