Curriculum Vitae
Alessandro Beltram was born in 1988. He obtained the master degree in Chemistry in 2013 at the University of Trieste, Italy. In 2014 he began his Ph.D. at the University of Trieste on the project " Hierarchical Materials for Energy and Environmental Applications ".
His skills comprise synthesis and characterization of hierarchical inorganic and organic nanocomposites used as heterogeneous catalysts in solar fuels production and others energy-related catalytic processes, such as water gas-shift reaction.

Scientific Interests
- Synthesis of protected metal nanoparticles and core-shell nanostructures
- Assembly of nanostructured carbon-based materials
- Synthesis of TiO2-based composites
- Energy-related catalytic processes, such as water gas-shift reaction and photo-assisted H2 formation and CO2 photoreduction
